Our Story
After coming to the realization that many health disorders are preventable and can be improved through simple behavior modifications, we wanted to take action to try and encourage others to incorporate lifestyle medicine into their daily lives.
Through our organization, The 543210 Program: Establishing Healthy Habits, we hope to spread awareness of lifestyle medicine in the hope that it will benefit others, as well as provide individuals with free, accessible resources to learn with.
